Suggest Remedy To Stop Facial Hair Growth Above Cheekbones

I am a male , 22 year old of Indian background. I have been experiencing a disturbing problem with facial hair growth above my cheekbones, and
areas next to my nose.It seems that it will get worse by everyday that goes by as more hair growths in those areas.My father does not have this issue but my mom seems to have some very very fine hair in those areas.

In desperation, I have been plucking hair but it comes back in a stronger colour.I am not taking on medication or any other additional nutritions like proteins and etc. I am at the moment applying bio oil to my face to remedy the skin discoloration.

What can I do to stop any further hair growth in those areas? I really dont know what to do about it as I dont want be a patchy monkey.

Please dont tell me to get laser hair removal as it is marketing scam.
