Suggest Remedy To Stop Gaining Weight Post Gastric Bypass Surgery

I had gastric bypass surgery, I lost about 100lbs for the first year and now it seems to be going back up even though I still eat less but it seems as though I have gained almost half the weight back. sweets seems to be my problem, I thought I would have lost that tase, but I didn t. is there anything I can do, can I have the surgery done over?
