Suggest Remedy To Stop Itching And Red Spots All Over Body

hello sir.
Myself sourav, staying in koramangala, age 22.
Sir my problem is that "My most of the body skin is full of 'itching' and some red sport is there, and after itching some blood is coming out from those red areas.. and my abdomain part also like that, its very iretating for me since from one month". I already have control of taking food. But situation is more difficult now. I used to take bath regularly with liquid detol...
so sir kindly inform me remedy for my problem... and also send me some skin specialist doctor so that it will help me more....
