Suggest Remedy To Stop Spreading Of Vitiligo From Foreskin

Hi i am 35 years old very healthy male with no history of health problems and am suffering from vitiligo for about 5 years now.Initially is started as white spots on my penis foreskin which later spread to glans.

no spot on any parts of body. can I remove the foreskin to avoid the spreading of vitiligo. It is however spreading at a very slow speed.
