we friends went for a party few days ago.we had heavy boozing there.after coming home i'm having irritation on my penis and skin around.the skin has contracted n if i try to clean my organ while bathing then the skin tears creating thin cracks n blood is visible,making bathing n keeping myself tidy a very difficult job. plz help me about the medication
