Suggest Remedy To Stop The Addiction Of Eating Slate Pencils

Hello, I have a habit of eating slate pencils from past 4 years and I usually eat slate pencils at the rate of 4 boxes per day. But simultaneously I am worried about the consequences of it. I Am 18yrs old and want to stop this habbit without any medical treatment. I Would even like to know it s disastrous effects . Will it affect me and my health in future ? Will it cause any problems during pregnancy? Plz give a requisite answer as soon as possible with home remedies to overcome this shit. Thankyou.
