Suggest Remedy To Treat Scalp Folliculitis Decalvans

I have had Scalp Folliculitis Decalvans since 2005. I was shaving my head for a few months, but it didn't seem to help much. Until this month, nothing had worked, not Tea Tree Oil, 3 years of Alopathic Medicines, 2 years of Homeopathic medicines. I taken biopsy also. Nothing had worked Please give me the solution.
