Suggest Removal Procedure For IUD Lying Against The Main Artery In Abdomen

Hi, i'm a 27yr old female with a lot of problems. I had a merena iud inserted 7yrs ago. The dr's that inserted it "lost" the strings, literally, no strings on the device. When i notified them that i was experiencing pain, they gave a script for pain. A few yrs later, i had x-rays done for severe constipation (9 days), i saw the merena, it was lying diagonally in my abdomen, not my pelvic area. I contacted the dr who inserted it. He told me to worry about it when it expires and when it should be removed. 2yrs ago, i had to have the iud removed due to expiration. Since then, i've been to hospital 12 times, 8 different doctors, 2 hysteroscopies, 1 laparascopy (1 hysteroscopy & 1 laparascopy in a space of 5 days). The doctors at the hospital then booked me for a laparotomy with selective surgery a month after that. The dr cancelled my surgery as the iud is lying against a main artery in my abdomenal cavity and that it would be too dangerous.

Since, i suffer from regular severe infections, high medical bills, and job loss due to this. Right now, my menstruation is on its first day, the blood is brown, clotting and foul smelling! Pls help?? I'm dying to fall pregnant and i don't want this iud is creating havoc in my life. What now? Thanks doctor. YYYY@YYYY
