Suggest Risk With Thin Cervix In Pregnant Woman

Hi.. i am 7 months pregnant and my doctor says my cervix is very short and thin.. because of that she has advised me to rest all the time and advised me not to walk for longer than 5-10 mins. I checked over internet for this problem but it has enhanced my fair. Please advise what shall i do.
