Suggest Risks Cervix Removal

what is the risks with removing the cervix. I am scheduled for a total hysterectomy 3/17/14 r/t fibroids, endometreosis, and adhesions, pelvic pain. Along with bilateral ovarian cystectomies, both cysts 4mm or greater and complex, obviously. The fibroids are no where near the cervix. Bothe ovaries/tubes are staying I insist and will take the small risk of further endo. in the future, I am 35. I am not interested in female castration, ever. Benefits outweight the risks for me. What I can not come to a conclusion on is the cervix, I also do not want dischrge or spotting issues. But, who wants vag. prolapse, bowel/bladder problems, nerve damage, LESS ORGASMS/SENSATION, please help. A lot of studies say the sexual as well as the vaginal/organ prolapse is founded some say otherwise.
