Suggest Safe Medication For Depression And Anxiety

I keep being prescribed medication for depression and anxiety brought on by a virus, my main issues with out medication are lots of crying lack of focus dizziness waking up in an anxiety attack and nauseas. Is there anything that can fix this other than zoloft sertraline etc without the side affects as i seem to get it all and my body can t handle it.
