Suggest Safe Medicine For Skin Infection

i have some skin infection with center skin is white and outer skin is reddish brown. i have applied beclomethasone dipropionate, clotrimazole & neomycin sulphate cream twice a day for last 2 days but the infecion is almost the same. kindly suggest medication and cause.
