Suggest Solution For Itchy And Painful Dark Raised Spots On Thighs And Genital Area?

I have dark raised spots on the inside of my thighs and genital area. They sometimes itch and are painful. Sometimes there is pus and they bleed, but not usually. I am 17 years old and have never been sexually active. I first had MRSA when i was 13 and am assuming that these are continuous outbreaks? Can you please give me some advise on what this is and how to get rid of the ugly scars.
