Suggest Solution For Little Hair Protruding From Lip Area After Chemo Treatment

hello, i recieved chemo/radiation treatment for tumor in nose.During treatment mustache hair folacules got "got burned off" whole area severly peeled.Two years later only 10 hairs protrude from top lip area.Is thier a solution? Very greatful to be alive and enjoy every moment.thanks for your answer.
