Suggest Solution For Segmental Vitiligo

Hello doctor,i am 26yrs suffering from segmental vitiligo on my chin and neck last 20 yrs. I had gone for homeopathic and ayurvedic treatment but it was not work.but now i am taking treatment at p.g.i.m.e.r chadigarh,surgery had done at 28sept. 2010, i get pigment about 80% with in four month baut it get stop now.plz suggest me but can i do, can i continue this mtreatment go for parmanet skin coloring? If yes than suggest me with adderss where i go...
