Suggest Some Medications For The Blockage In Nasal Passages

I have anxiety condition that is aggravated when I cannot breathe. I do not have alot of money to see specialist and want to know if I do see doctor is there something they can prescribe to unstop nasal passages? I use Afrin and want to stop because it is addicting. Thank you for your time
