Suggest Specialist To Be Consulted For Abscess In Groin

I have a pelvic abscess near my groin area. Have had many abdominal surgeries trying to fix it and also a plastic surgeon put a muscle flap into the tunnel area back in 2005 and that lasted for about 1 year and the lump formed near my groin and the abscess came back. Have had hyperbaric oxygen treatment for 60 days and just spent 112 days on a KCI wound vacuum. Now being seen by a wound care center and have visiting nurses treat the wound 3 times a week. What type of specialist do I need to see to have this abscess taken care of. I first had this abscess in Feb 2003 and is comes and goes on it s own, resulting in more surgeries.
