Suggest Specialist To Be Consulted For Asthma And Bronchitis

I have asthma and chronic bronchitisi have gone to meds asthma specialist. I have these episodes 3-4 times a year in bed with each 5-10 days. Saying that Saturday night not able to sleep from coughing nose closed and drainage was choking me. I don't like using nasal sprays from years of warning they damage sinuses. So I sprayed then flushed them with saline and I had a hard matter around one inch long and elongated and heard it hit the sink. Gross but I could breath on that side and even hear much better and hours later other side broke through small white matter with blood poured out but never did as well as other. I think I need to go to dr and have them flushed proper. What type of dr should I go to with all my issues and wondering if all the time drainage could irritate my asthma and bronchitis. I feel I must have had this infection a long time.
