Suggest Specialist To Be Consulted For Enlarged Liver And Spleen

I had an ultra sound done two years ago and my liver was enlarged and my spleen. I have been having pain in right side for awhile now. I have tried detoxing the liver. What doctor should I see? they removed my gallbladder but nothing was wrong with it.
