Suggest Specialist To Be Consulted For Recurring Fever And Yellow Eyes

Sir, I have elevated Liver reports SGOT 400, SGPT 250, Bilirubin 5. Hepatitis B and C are negative. Scan results say grade 2 fatty liver and spleenomegaly. My bone marrow test for Lymphoma was negative but the biopsy for Lymphnode at the neck indicated Hodgins. I have yellow eyes, feel very weak, recurring fever in the evenings, body aches, shivers after i urinate. Sir pl suggest or help me with the associated problems. Which consultant shoul i consult for these problems, I feel confused and worried.
