Suggest Steps To Take After Completing Course Of Duphaston

Hi doctor i am 29 yrs old and 5 feet in hight, im 85 kgs, overweight, i am married since 4 years, and we went to the doctor as we wanted a child now, also i have a thyriod problem.

After some ultrasound dr said my problem is that my follicles are very small, she kept me on letegg for 5 days and ovitrop for 5 days, after ultrasound my follicle size was 17.7*14.4, 16.2*16.2 and 15*11, my endometr was 9.9 mm, she then asked us to try form day 12 to day 16, and start duphaston 10 mg twice a day for 15 days, now my medicin is complete, i have not got my period and from few days im seeing some blood drops in my urine, its now 4th days sinece my medicin is over please sugget, am i pregnant, what should i do now...
