Suggest Substitute For Back Pain That Contains No Tylenol

I was born 4 months premature, i have a pinched nerve in my back and a scar that goes around my body on the right side that i tore scar tissue in, ive been on 10/325 for two years but hydrocodone pain meds for 5 years i dont want liver damage but my pain is so bad that it hurts to breathe or move when i wake up i cant do anything and im in tears cuz of the pain and cant do anything until my pain meds kick in cuz of the scar tissue rip in the scar. I cant see my doctor i owe 700+ dollars in bills and i got fired from my job from leaving early due to my pain i cant work im in the process of trying to get ssi and a health card. I want to ask my doctor if there is a type of pain pill she can give me that has the same benefits as the hydrocodone 10 but with no tylenol i already have enough health problems as it is i dont need my liver to fail!
