Suggest Suitable Remedy For Right Ear Infection

I had recurrent right ear infection . The right ear was operated four times in the last 15 years.During the last surgery, skin grafting was done in the ear to protect the brain. I have developed infection again and for the past one month our ENT surgeon is trying clear it by antibiotics , with no results. Do I have to undergo another surgery ? Is there any permanent cure?
