Suggest Tests To Confirm HIV And STD After Having Unsafe Sex

Hello,I was recently in the Dominican Republic and engaged in brief vaginal intercourse. I am female and he was a male Dominican. He did not ejaculate and the whole thing was pretty brief. He also fingered me before and I am scared that could have broken the lining of my vagina. Then we had unprotected sex. I don't know his STD status but I know he has been with many women. What are the chances I could have gotten an STD from pre-cum? Chances of HIV? I am a healthy, white young female and have no history of STDS. Thanks
