Suggest Tests To Confirm Leprosy

hi Doctor, fifteen years back my grand mother was having leprosy diseases and she was taking teatment for that from Govt. hospital. After few years my mother was sensing few symptoms of leprosy and till now she is suffereing from that diseases but there is no visible patches on the skin.though she had symptom of pain in her finger tips and she could feel that her eye sight is not clear, digestion problem...and the other doctors are telling that she is not suffering from that diseases because they could not any visible patches on her skin.So, doctore could you please help me where i can get proper treatment for her in chennai. and she is also afraid of spreading that diseases to us
