Suggest Tests To Confirm The Presence Of H Pylori Infection

I have been suffering Gastric and Acidity for the last one and half years. My age is 49 years. Gastroenterologist taken Gastro-Duodenoscopy in July, 2013. Report shows that I have been suffering LAX LES with NERD and Antrum Predominant Gastritis with H pylori Infection. Doctor gave antibiotics and antacid tablets to treat H.Pylori and Acid reflux. As long as I use Antacid tablets I do not have any problem. When I stop tablets, I start feeling burping and burning sensation above the stomach, particularly two to three hours after lunch and after evening snacks. If I take high protein food like Wheat, Corn etc, I feel more irritation. If I take rice and idly, I don't feel much burning sensation. Gastroenterologist told me that No need to endoscopy again. He advised me to do breathing exercises regularly. How do I know that H Pylori infection is totally gone. Should I go for endoscopy again. What is the permanent solution to my problem. Please advise.
