Suggest The Dosage Of Glimperide And Glyciphase For Elevated Blood Sugar Levels

I am suffering with type 2 diabeties from last 15 years .I am taking glimperide 1mg (bbf) and glyciphase (500mgl after dinner. My glucose fasting is 247 and post pondial level is 206.Hba1c is 10. Please advise me the dose and timing of medicine to control the blood sugar level. also I am regularly walking and taking diabetic diet.
