Suggest The Specialist To Be Consulted For Auto Immune Diseases

I have a subnormal body temperature of 97.4 to 97.7; however, I run higher fevers several times a day or several times a wk with bad symptoms. Further, I have been diagnosed with numerous autoimmune diseases and am currently trying to find an agreeable HBP med. I would like to visit an infectious disease physician and/or a nephrologist. What is your opinion?? (68 yr old female)
