Suggest The Type Of Specialist To Consult For Fatigue And Sinus Infection

My daughter has had pressure and feelings of fluid and swelling for over 6 weeks. Her doctor has given her antibiotics twice in 6 weeks for sinus infection to no avail. Should she see a neutologist odor an otolaryngologist? She is rarely ill and worked out daily and ate healthily. She has lost about 15 pounds in 6 weeks and is constantly fatigued. Please help.
