Suggest Therapy For Multiple Ailments

Hello Doctor. For the past two days I've had these symptoms that go on and off. I start to feel lightheaded, I feel discomfort in my chest, like pressure and achy. My left arm starts to feel tingly and weak. I have a very slow thought process, I feel very faint, and I have trouble concentrating. I also have pain in my neck and face. My vision starts to get blurry too. This has been on and off for two days now. I just want to know if it's serious or just some form of the flu.
