Suggest Treatment After Fetal Death In Womb

I was pregnant w/identical twins. I went in for an ultrasound on what should ve been 10w1d but neither baby had a heartbeat. Baby A stopped growing at 9w2days & Baby B at 8w6d. I was given Cytotec 200mcg 3pills (each round) vaginally. The first round was taken 3-11-15 @1430, I suffered from SEVERE contractions, a pink mucosy discharge and no bleeding. I started round two @0230 3-12-15, I finally got some darker red blood when I wiped, then bright red into a watery pink. It is now 0241 3-14-15 and I m still having bleeding but never experienced the gush as mentioned by others that have taken this route. My question is, should I call my Dr. for another round or do a D&C? Finding out neither baby had a heartbeat was traumatic enough to have to continue knowing this possibly hasn t completed... Please help
