Suggest Treatment And Medication For Angina Pectoris

I am taking Metoprolol 100 mg Twice per Day & Anlodipine 5 mg Once per day, for about 1 1/2 year with no dizziness effects, but in the last month I am having it, especialy if I lay down, my blod pressure is Ok but my hearth rate is ususally 50 per minute. I stopped the medication for three days and my dizziness gone, but I d nt want to continue with that. Is any option on change of medication. I taking the medication to control angina pectoris (stable).
