Suggest Treatment F0r Pain In Calf

My husband has severe calf pain in his right leg. He is also experiencing shortness of breath and fatigue. Yesterday he had a scan of his lungs and a sonogram of the leg to rule out blood clots. He is taking prednisone and colchicine for pericarditis. Can you help? He is unable to work because of severe leg pain. 48-year-old otherwise healthy, male, 5'10", 195 lbs.
