Suggest Treatment Fir Cystic Lesions

Hi I am 41 years old with a cystic lesions on the myometorium & fibroids on both sides. One 5mmx4mmx3mm & other slightly smaller. At metime of menstruation I have sever cramping & bleeding for first 3 days. This has been getting worse over the last few months. Have been referred to a Gyno, also would like to start a family & want to know if this has been preventing this to happen & what is the treatment for this. Thank you
