Suggest Treatment Fir Itching And Inflammation Due To Insect Bite

my son got an insect bite on his eyebrow thatt causes an inflammation on his left eyelid it was yerterday . then noticed tht later yesterday that there are 3 others bites on his left foot, 2 on his right foot, 1 elbow, back ear and on his wait. i know that 1 on his eybrow was an insect bite bec that occurs initially then later on the whole the other mentioned ares followed. could it be an insect bite only or an allergy already after the bite on his eyebrow? wat med to give to releave faster my 2y/o sons itchiness and inflammation. his left eye is getting smaller stil inflammed. thanks
