Suggest Treatment For 2 Lumps On The Left Breast?

I am a 31 year old OT student and have filtrating ductal adenocarcinoma. There are 2 lumps in my left breast measuring at 2cm apiece. I havent seen a doctor nor have i had any treatments just a biopsy and mammogram but I feel tired and sleepy all of the time is this normal?
