Suggest Treatment For 2nd Degree Burns

I recieved 2nd degree burns on my right leg/thigh on May 15th. My leg now is red and blotchy in places. It is also itching like crazy. I have faithfully kept my leg clean and wrapped for the past 12 days. I am just concerned it may be infected or irritated from something.
