Suggest Treatment For Anal Pain

Hi there ive noticed when i eat chilli's recently or drink wine or alcohol the next day or so i seem to have a sore anus, i only need to have one or 2 drinks..or even chillis that come on a pizza to experience this. Obivously the answer is to ciut them out, but can you advise anything? also i get pain went passing stools the next day and often have to wipe more than normal as there seems to be a slightly tranparent type of mucus or seepage but it does go.
