Suggest Treatment For Asperger S Syndrome

I have a friend in Va. whose daughter (age 26) has Asberger s. The parents and brother need support, but don t know how or where to get it. The daughter has a physchiatrist who barely speaks to them and gives the family no guidance because of patient privacy. Thanks.
