Suggest Treatment For Bell's Palsy And Red Bumps On Face

My father had something similar to Bell's Palsy. For several months the left side of his face was unmoveable and eventually started to drop and had trouble blinking his eye. After antiviral drugs and steroids for the first month his condition was about the same but eventually most of his facial controls returned. However now he has lost hearing in his ear on the same side as the paralysis and seems to be suffering from crocodile tear syndrome. He tears up slightly whenever he eats food, especially if he has to open his mouth wide. He also has gotten some red bumps on his face almost like acne. What could be the diagnosis ? And is there a treatment and if so how expensive would it be.
