Suggest Treatment For Blepharospasm And Meige Syndrome

I have been diagonesed with Blepharospasm (left eye in particular closed tightly) and Meige Syndrome(face pulling to the right, lip drooping). I am being trreated by a Neurologist with 50u Botox injections 3 montlhy in both eyelids (not very effective) but NO treatment for Meige Syndrome. I have startted going for physiotherapy on my own initiative. How else can I try to help myself?
