Suggest Treatment For CHF Diastolic Dysfunction, COPD And Breast Cancer

I have CHF--diastolic dysfunction, COPD and stage four breast cancer, My QOL of life is still high but my hands shake so much that the things that I enjoy like drawing/painting and sewing are compromised. Is this due the the above conditions or from possibly other things?
