Suggest Treatment For COPD When Trying To Quit Smoking

i was diagnosed with copd in sept of last year.i hv been smoke free 2 yrs this january im looking into stem cell need yr opinion b4 i invest a lot of money im 62 yr old fe i hv also lost 20 lb since last yr...whats yr opinion?tyvm barb im on 3 inhalers spiriva ventalin dulera im also on oxygen 24/7 im so confused i was hoping quitting smoking to improve my health and backfired pls help me
