Suggest Treatment For Ebeta Thalashamia In A Child

Hi,I am Dilruba sultana.My girl child Ujaani is suffaring fm ebeta thalashamia.She is 6 years old.She takes ASUNRA 400,FOLVITE,CALCIMAX everyday.Her growth is not so normal.We also give her regular blood trasfution(every month PRBC),LEUCODEPLATED).Pl Doctor, suggest me what can we do for her normal growth?If any other alternate treatment kindly advice us.Thank u.
