Suggest Treatment For Eczema

I'm 32 yrs old have have been in the manicurists for the past 5 years. I have had eczema on my hands for the past 2 years now. I have used different kinds of lotions and topical creams/ointments but the eczema never completely goes away. Wearing gloves while working doesn't seem to help and I've also cut my work hours drastically. I'm not sure what else to do! Please help!
