Suggest Treatment For GERD In An Infant

Hi, how can I determine if my 23 month old daughter (19.5months adjusted) is aspirating when she drinks fluids? She is fine with a bottle but still coughs and has watery eyes every time she drinks water from a sippy cup. Also, my daughter suffers from gerd and is on lansoprazol however continues to vomit every single night before bedtime. A lot, literally her whole bottle and whatever she ate last which is nothing. She refuses solids for the most part. She just hit 18lbs at almost 2yrs old. I Find it very hard to believe that this is just normal behavior for a preemie. I m concerned she s not getting enough nutrition from her pedia sure alone. Please help.
