Suggest Treatment For Gutate Psoriasis

I have had a weird itchy rash that comes and goes, as well as feeling tired, loss of appetite (on and off). Recently had the beginning of a vaginal yeast infection (first time since rash began a few months ago) that seems to be subsiding. When the rash began it coincided with a runny nose and hayfever-like symptoms that sometimes come back with it and sometimes don't. I was diagnosed in the beginning with Gutate Psoriasis, but that doesn't seem to be it in opinion. I'm sick of feeling generally crappy. I also have mild depression on and off. I take a multi vitamin, b-complex, flax oil, calcium, and a wellness formula herbal supplement, though not daily - maybe twice a week. I also take birth control and my pill swas changed about a year ago. Due to this I only have a period about every other month or third month. (weird)
