Suggest Treatment For H Pylori Infection

Hello Doctor I was diagonised with H pylori Dudoneal superficial tiny ulcers past 2 months and doctor adviced me antibiotics with triple therapy and now on bifilac and pantocid.I have urgency in going stools and frequency could be 3-4 times a day and even at night i have to woke up for it.I have little stomach pain these days. Please suggest.
