Suggest Treatment For Hashimoto S Disease

My doctor took me off oxcycodone 30 mg after being on it for 3 years. They took a urine test last month, however I have Hoshimotoe;s dease and do colon cleases and 7 day total body cleanse they know this However I did not know that they were taking a urine test or I would have not did it. The test came back negitive, however my 2 zanex came up but nothing else did. So they just compleatly took me off and discharged me as of today. How long before I experiance withdraw and should they have weened me down
