Suggest Treatment For Hashimoto's Thyroiditis Along With Hirsutism

Diagnosed with Hashimoto's and moderate Hirsutism. Did testing for almost everything. LABS looked great, according to both doctors. Did overnight cortisol test and ACTH. Both came back fine. Not PCOS not cushings. I have had two successful pregnancies, but had gestational hypertension with boy #1 and gestational diabetes with boy #2. Then in hospital a week after delivering boy #2 with hypertension. Off high blood pressure meds. Thyroid levels not high enough for levothyroxine (was on Levo bc previous dr thought it was just 2 or 3 nodules).

I am caucasian (blonde hair blue eyes), heavier in mid section, very skinny legs and arms. Dizzy spells 4 or 5 times a month, or maybe actually vertigo with vision blurring completely then returning. Lasts 30 seconds. Usually have to grab onto something. Lately my fatigue Has increased. I do not care about things like I used too. I'm 5'5 and weigh roughly 155. I walk 4 or 5 times a week.

Neutrophils- 42.9
Thyroglobulin antibody 0.9 (0.0-0.9 range)
TPO 73 (0-34 range)
ALT 40 (0-32)
And low Vitamin-D

Do I just accept that there is no treatment for Hashimoto's until your thyroid levels show hypothyroidism? Or is there any new treatment out there that I should be looking into? Should I see a specialist? If so what kind of specialist? And do I accept the moderate hirsutism (that seems to be getting worse)? I can provide other lab numbers if necessary.
